A bitch of a week...

Sorry folks for being late this week. I've been doing my best to stay afloat in the real world. Work has been insane - I've pulled 3 separate 24 hour shifts this week and I'm still not quite done. Hopefully the madness ends tonight and I can repair some hurt feelings on the home front. I'll get the weigh-in post up tonight. Week 3 stats may be another day or so.

Hey - Give yourself slack! We're all SO grateful someone wanted to take up the lead on this game again. I was very disappointed when it ended before. I know it's a lot of work that can get tedious on top of "real life." So this is a shout out of a THANK YOU to you and to let you know I, at least, won't be uptight about things. -Joanna

I sure agree with Joanna, Lombard! This is more regarding the June 1st post: as we say on the Flab to Fab team, "Diet Like You Run". Well, some runs (days) are tough. But some are great. But you keep on keepin on! String enough days together with some good effort and before you know it, your running farther than you ever thought you could (and slowly but surely trimming up).

So don't forget you are a RUNNER! Runners can take some bad days! Your soul is now cleansed and I compliment your honesty. Cowboy up, Commish. We've got some miles to run and a little weight to lose! Dust your self off and get back on!
